How can I access Protrack247 software application?

Protrack247 can be accessed from your smartphone or tablet by visiting www.protrack247.co.za. For usernames and passwords, contact support@protrack247.co.za.

Do I get alerts in case of an incident?

Yes, Protrack247 have number of security and safety features, such as battery tampers, driver's behavior, no go areas, and if triggered you will receive a notification via Email and SMS.

What happens when I sell my vehicle?

You can transfer the ownership of your Protrack247 tracking device system to your new vehicle.

Can I use my Protrack247 system outside borders of South Africa?

Yes, call 011 072 0200 to activate international roaming functionality.

Does my system come with a warranty?

Yes, the Protrack247 system has a 12 months warranty. We will fix your device free of charge as long as you bring your vehicle to Protrack247 Centre. A call out fee will applicable if we come to you.
